Sales Executive
Tasks & Responsibility:
Planning: Make weekly plans and market studies accordingly
Sales Target: Achieve, and exceed the monthly sales target.
Customers: Build, and maintain good partnership with new clients.
Inquiries and Quotations: Follow up directly with customer inquiries, and be able to quote directly as per given current price
Assisting: Assist our team internally in preparing sales order, production order, Material Requisition (MR) in order to process the orders for production, and coordinate with delivery team accordingly
Payments: Constantly following up on payments with your clients, and assisting our accounts team with collecting payments
Products: Educating yourself about our full product list to be able to sell the material accordingly
Customer Satisfaction: Being able to get all needed details from customers to be able to serve them and increase customer satisfaction.
Policies & Procedures: Comply with and implement the general rules and procedure of IWI.
